In Person CE Classes at LCAR
All Pennsylvania real estate licensees (salesperson, associate broker, broker) must renew their license every two years. The current renewal period began June 1, 2024 and ends May 31, 2026. The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires all real estate licensees (including brokers and associate brokers) to complete 14 hours of education each renewal period.

PA SREC Requirement (must be completed by 5/30/26):
3-Hour Agency and 2-Hour Fair Housing
NAR Code of Ethics Requirement
REALTOR® members must complete 2.5 hours of ethics training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, within three-year cycles. The current cycle is January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2027. While this course is not required for license renewal, it does provide 3.5 continuing education credits towards the required 14 total CE hours.
