Education

(Meets 1st Wednesday of Month at 9:30AM) Conducts new member orientation classes, educational programs, continuing education courses and administering the REALTOR® continuing education scholarship.

Habitat Auction

(Meets 3rd Monday of the month at 9:30AM) Raises funds specifically for Lebanon/Lancaster Habitat for Humanity through a benefit auction with live and silent auctions, along with raffle items and events, dinner and entertainment.

Legislative/RPAC

(Meets about 6 times a year depending on election cycles) Educates members as to the importance of local and national politics, monitors the activities of elected and appointed officials regarding issues affecting real estate, supports legislative candidates, and provides an information system for the membership and the public. Encourages the voluntary participation of the Association Members in supporting the Pennsylvania REALTORS® Political Action Committee and organizes an RPAC Campaign. Moderated by Chuck Liedike (cliedike@parealtors.org).

Conducts all arbitration and ethics hearings in accordance with policies and procedures of the National Association of Realtors®. Receives & reviews complaints from the public and fellow members.

Programs/Membership/Pr

(Meets 2nd Wednesday of Month at 9:30AM) Develops information for the benefit of members and non-members that demonstrates the value of Association membership. Coordinates the luncheon meetings for the Association and arranges for speakers and programs. Promotes Association projects and develops community relationships. Administers the Realtor® scholarship award for high school seniors.
